- District 29 Toastmasters Club Coach for Talk It Up NG since January 2019 and Humor Mill since April 2021.

Alex P. Cheng, has participated actively in the IESNA Roadway Lighting Committee and Computer Committee. He has been a member of the Sub-Committees
"Tunnels and Underpasses", "Standard Practice" and "Fundamental & Education" and "Residential Lighting". He has served as
Education Program Director and Instructor (1995-2003) for the IES Susquehanna Section (currently known as Harrisburg Section), the local chapter
of IESNA at the Greater Harrisburg, York and Lancaster Areas.
Since April 2013, Alex P. Cheng has been an active member of District 29 Toastmasters serving as Club Officer, Area Director, Club Coach & Speechcraft Coordinator.
